Watch: Young Sikh boy takes on a bully outside UK school

London, May 28, 2015:  A YouTube video of a young Sikh boy’s brawl with a bully outside a UK school has gone viral on social media.

 

 

The Sikh boy, who was apparently being harassed by a native school student, delivered a few heavy punches to the bully, pushing him to the floor.

However, it is very clear from the video that it was the bully who started the brawl and punched the Sikh boy first.

In the video, the Sikh boy wearing an off-white pullover and black turban is seen talking to the other boy in what appears to be a heated exchange of words that soon ends up in a one-sided brawl.

The video has gone viral on social media with over 1, 72, 000 views so far.

The issue of Sikh boys facing bullies in schools in UK and US is not new. Just two months ago in March, a Sikh boy had filmed a video of himself facing a racist abuse on a school bus in Georgia.

The footage showed one of his female classmates as pointing a finger at him calling him “terrorist”.

That video too, had gone viral and got over half a million views.
