35-Year-old man found murdered in Kasargod.

Kasargod: July 4, 2015: A 35-year-old man was found murdered in Cherkala in Kasargod on Friday July 3.

 

The deceased has been identified as Sridhar, from KK pura Colony, Cherkala. Sridhar was working as a coolie and was living with his mother, who is deaf.

On Friday July 3, Sridhar’s nephew visited his house and found him lying in the pool of blood who then informed the police.

Sridhar was critically injured and was rushed to the hospital in Kasargod by his nephew. He was then shifted to Mangaluru Hospital. The police tried to save his life but failed, Sridhar breathed his last on Saturday.

The reason behind murder is not known. It is learnt that property dispute might be the motive behind the murder.

According to the police, Sridhar might have made some enemies near the liquor shop. The police are investigating the matter to catch the accused.

Kasargod SP M Srinivas visited the sport along with the other officials.

A case has been registered.
