Abdul Aziz, JD(S) corporator from Kudroli to join Congress ?

Mangaluru, Aug 26,2016 : Rumours are afloat that Kudroli ward corporator Abdul JDS corporator Aziz of the JD(S) was planning to quit his party and join the Congress.

Sources indicate that MLC and Chief Whip in the Legislative Council Ivan D’Souza who was a close friend of Aziz while the latter was in the JD(S) had persuaded Aziz to join the party.

Aziz is a two-time corporator from JD(S) who is quite popular in his constituency owing to the several developmental initiatives made by him. It has been reliably gathered that even the Congress was willing to welcome him into the party fold.

Meanwhile, Aziz has said that he would decide on his further course of action after consulting his party workers.
