Mangaluru, Dec 10, 2017: There will be changes in train services operating from/to Mangaluru and through the city between December 11 and December 20 because of track maintenance work in Palghat division of the Southern Railway.

Partial cancellation:  Train no. 56324 Mangaluru Central-Coimbatore fast passenger between Kannur and Shoranur (except Mondays); train no.56323 Coimbatore-Mangaluru Central fast passenger between Shoranur and Kannur (except Mondays); train no.56654 Mangaluru Central-Kozhikode passenger between Kannur and Kozhikode; train no.56650 Kannur-Coimbatore passenger between Shoranur Junction and Coimbatore Junction; and train no.56651 Coimbatore-Kannur Passenger between Coimbatore Junction and Shoranur Junction will be partially cancelled.

To be regulated en route:  Train no.16606 Nagercoil-Mangaluru Central Ernad Express will be regulated by 120 minutes en route. Train no.11097 Pune Junction-Ernakulam Junction Poorna Express (Bi-Weekly) will be regulated for 60 minutes en route. Train no. 56323 Coimbatore-Mangaluru Central Passenger will be regulated by 70 minutes.

Rescheduled: Train no.22638 Mangaluru Central-Chennai Central West Coast Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 10.20 p.m. on December 11, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 is rescheduled to leave 12.20 a.m. on the following day.

Train no.22638 Mangaluru Central-Chennai Central West Coast Express scheduled to leave at 10.20 p.m. on December 12, 14, 19 is rescheduled to leave at 11.50 p.m. on the same day. The same train will run as per scheduled on December 15. Train no.22852 Mangaluru Central to Santragachi Vivek Express scheduled to leave 11 p.m. on December 16 will be delayed by one hour and 15 minutes, a Southern Railway release said.
