Mangaluru: August 31, 2015: Mangaluru South MLA J R Lobo’s car met with an accident near Hirgana in Karkala Taluk on Sunday.

The incident took place when Mr. Lobo was on his way to attend a function in Harihara. It is said that the bike rider came in a wrong direction as a result there was a minor mishap.

The news spread like fire and Mr Lobo received hundreds of calls from his well-wishers to express their concern.

Speaking to the sources, Lobo said that ’by the grace of god, everything is fine" and said that it was a minor accident, and there was no injury to worry.
