The entrepreneur development cell of Rachana has provided subsidy to budding entrepreneurs to take up self employment and with a memorandum of understanding with Tata Nano, eight nano taxis have been provided to youth. Also, subsidy has been provided to start printing press. The effort towards the establishment of Rachana cooperative society is in progress.

The youth who migrate over seas, feel inferior as they are treated as B grade citizens. Rather, they could be A grade citizens in one’s own country by taking up self-employment.
