Mangaluru : Tulu movie “Madime” hits theatres

Mangaluru, Nov 20, 2014:  The much awaited Tulu movie ‘Madime’ by eminent Tulu theatrical personality Vijaykumar Kodialbail who has already given a super hit film “Oriyardori Asal,”  hit the theatres on November 20, Thursday. The film was released at a formal ceremony held at Suchitra Theatre in the city by Mangaluru Mayor Mahabala Maarla. He lighted the traditional lamp along with other dignitaries to mark the release of the film.

 

 

 

In his address, the Mayor appreciated the efforts put in by Vijaykumar Kodialbail  in bringing out the film and thus contributing to the growth of Tulu language. He also wished great success for the movie.

A.B. Ibrahim, Deputy Commissioner who was present as chief guest, also wished success to ‘Madime’ and lauded Vijaykumar for his keen initiative to bring out quality Tulu movies.

Vijaykumar Kodialbail who also spoke urged  the people of the district to encourage the movie by watching it in theatres.


Businessman Ajith Kumar Rai Maladi, lead pair of the film Ramya Barna and Likhith also spoke on the occasion.
