Muhurat of 2nd movie of Sandhya Creations performed at Sharavu Temple

Mangaluru, Jan 15, 2015: The  muhurat for the second Tulu movie by Sandhya Creations was held on January 14, Makara Sanktranthi Day at the Sharavu Mahaganapathi Temple premises in the city.  Shodhan Prasad from Dubai who has the experience of producing ‘Nirel’ the first international Tulu movie,  is the director of the new film which is yet to be named.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, Shodhan Prasad  said unlike Nirel the new film movie would be shot entirely in Mangaluru.

Ranjith Bajpe, the film director  said the movie will give a meaningful message to the society  and is a mix of comedy, action and suspense. Wedding celebrations of Mangaluru will be highlighted in one of the songs, he said.

 Shivasharan Shetty, Chief of Namma TV, eminent Tulu theatrical personalities Vijay Kumar Kodialbail and Devadas Kapikad, Dr Richard Castelino, Prakash Pandeshwar, Manohar Prasad, Chief of Udayavani Mangaluru Bureau and others were present.

The film will have Arjun Kapikad and Shilpa Suvarna in the lead roles while others in the star cast include Anvita Hemachandra, Nidhi Maroli and Sandeep Shetty Manibettu.

Karthik B Mallur is the cameraman while Sudhaker Kudroli is executive producer of the film.
