Applications invited for best writer award

Mangalore, Oct 19, 2014: Karnataka Science and Technology Academy has invited applications for the best writer award, which is given to individual author by the Academy since 2009.

The Academy has invited Kannada language books in the field of science, technology and medicine for the year 2014-15. At the most, two books in every subject will be chosen for the award. The award carries Rs 25,000 cash, award and a citation.

The book should have been published between January 2014 and December 2014. The authors should send their published works before January 15, 2015 with the specified application form to the following address: Member Secretary, Karnataka Science and Technology Academy, Vigyan Bhavan, 24/2, 21 Main Road, BDA Complex, Banashankari second stage, Bangalore 560070.
