Mangaluru, May 18, 2018 : Lemon Grass Studios and Butter films will bring out a Kannada film ‘Once upon a time in Manglauru’ and a Tulu film ‘Mooji Mooji Aiji’ in December.
Addressing media in Mangaluru, ‘Once upon a time in Mangaluru’ director, Sachin Suvarna said that he is back to the regional film industry after a gap.
He said that he was actively involved with the Hindi film industry working with eminent artistes in the last decade.
Memorable experience : He has contributed his creative ideas to make the movie a memorable experience for the audience. The film crew is planning to release the film in the first week of December.
Film producer Lokesh Shetty said that the film ‘Once upon a time in Mangaluru’ is based on real incidents. He has made realistic films such as ‘Jailbreak’ and ‘Kodial shootout’ earlier as well.
Tulu film : The production house is also working on a Tulu film ‘Mooji Mooji Aiji’. The storyline is a combination of horror and lighter-vein. Navin D Padil, Devdas Kapikad, Umesh Mijar are in the cast. The film will be released in the last week of December, he said.
The pre-production of the films is almost complete. The shooting for the two films has been done in Mangaluru, Goa and Malaysia, Lokesh Shetty added.
