Manipal : According to a press release,  alumnus of Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) in Manipal, Indian chef Vikas Khanna, launched his new book ’Utsav - A Culinary Epic of Indian Festivals’ at the Cannes Film Festival on May 18, Monday, the book is said to be the world’s most expensive cookbook.
