RUDSET offers training for women in Udupi

Udupi, Apr 29, 2016: In a media note, RUDSET, Rural Development and Self Employment Training  Institute states that they will organise a 21-day training for women in tailoring in the month of May and a month-long free training for women in beauty parlour management in June on its premises at Heroor near Brahmavar in Udupi district.  The institute said that these programmes were approved by the Union Ministry of Rural Development.

Women from Udupi, Shivamogga and Uttara Kannada districts in the 18-45 age group, aiming to becoming self employed, were eligible for these programmes. Besides chosen subject, the information on management of the enterprise and banking aspects would also be imparted to the participants.

Free food and accommodation facilities would be provided during the training period.
