Trains rescheduled at Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Dec 13, 2014: The Southern Railway has rescheduled several trains operating from or via Mangaluru due to yard remodelling work at Shoranur Junction.

An official release said the following trains have been rescheduled on December 15:

Train No. 16603 Mangalore Central – Thiruvananthapuram Maveli Express, which leaves Mangalore Central at 5.45 p.m., will start one hour late. Train No. 16630 Mangalore Central – Thiruvananthapuram Malabar Express, which leaves Mangalore Central at 6.20 p.m., will start one hour 20 minutes late.

Train No. 11098, Ernakulam – Pune Poorna Express, which leaves Ernakulam Junction at 11.30 p.m., will start 45 minutes late and depart Ernakulam Junction at 0.15 a.m. on December 16. Its regular arrival and departure time at Mangalore Junction are 7.05 a.m. and 7.15 a.m. respectively on Tuesdays.

On December 22, the following trains have been rescheduled:

Train No. 16603 Mangalore Central – Thiruvananthapuram Maveli Express, which leaves Mangalore Central at 5.45 p.m., will start one hour 55 minutes late. Train No.16604 Thiruvananthapuram – Mangalore Central Maveli Express, which leaves Thiruvananthapuram Central at 7.30 p.m., will start 50 minutes late.

Train No.16630 Mangalore Central – Thiruvananthapuram Malabar Express, which leaves Mangalore Central at 6.20 p.m., will start two hours 10 minutes.

Train No.11098, Ernakulam – Pune Poorna Express, which leaves Ernakulam Junction at 11.30 p.m., will start one hour 30 minutes late and will depart Ernakulam Junction at 1 a.m. on December 23.
