Udupi: He has proved himself to be a dedicated parish priest, an outstanding administrator, able director and now as an efficient Public Relations Officer of the Udupi Diocese. The reference here is to Fr Denis D’Sa, a multi-faceted priest who has  fitted into all roles with effortless ease and has proved himself.

Fr Denis D’Sa who  recently celebrated his 25 years of priesthood has a momentous religious career. Born on September 29, 1964 in Kalianpur he was the fifth child of the seven children of Salvadore D’Sa and Mary Mathias couple.

Alexander D’Sa had his education in the prestigious Milagres Institute of Kalianpur and upon graduation joined the St. Joseph’s Seminary  in Mangaluru. He was later ordained priest in May 1990.

Fr.Denis  has served the  Diocese as Assistant Parish Priest at Udyavar and in Rosario and Bejai Churches in Mangaluru and as Parish Priest at Narampady Church. He then served Sandesha as its Director and later was appointed Administrator of Fr Muller Institutions, earning appreciation and admiration for his hard work and dedication.

Upon formation of Udupi Diocese he was appointed its Public Relations Officer and is also additionally handling the responsibility as Parish Priest of St Antony Church, Kuntalnagar.
