Doha: Karnataka Muslim Cultural Association organizes ‘Iftaar Programme’

Doha, August 21: Karnataka Muslim Cultural Association, (KMCA), Doha, Qatar, an affiliated organization to Indian Cultural Center (ICC) under the aegis of Indian Embassy-Qatar has conducted “Ramadan Get together” and Iftaar programe at Maaza Restaurant, Air Port Road on August 20.

Hafiz Abdur Rab Umari, the chief guest of the programe, described the importance of celebrating Ramdan. The President of the forum Janab Saquib Raza Khan and Islamic Affairs Chief Co-ordinator of KMCA Janab Syed Abdul Hye urged the Mulim to renew their faith through sacrifice and prayer, reflection and charity, on the auspicious occasion.

Mr. M.R. Qureshi, Second Secretary, Indian Embassy Qatar, Mr. KM Varghese, President Indian Cultural Center (ICC) Mr. Arun Kumar, President Karnataka Sangha Qatar and Mr. Ravi Shetty, former President of Tulu Koota Qatar and the Managing Director of ATS were present at this function.
