Kuwait, Sep 22, 2020: Indian Doctors Forum (IDF), a prestigious socio-cultural association of Indian doctors for the welfare and well being of the fellow Indian doctors working in Kuwait recently elected Dr Amir Ahmed as the new president for the year 2020-22.
IDF was established in the year 2004 and is affiliated to the medical association, Kuwait. They have more than 500 Indian doctors working in the ministry and private hospitals and clinics. IDF has conducted hundreds of free medical camps in Kuwait for the benefit of the Indian residents and others.
During COVID-19, IDF has conducted free medical consultation camps, counselling and webinars were arranged in collaboration with several Indian associations in Kuwait for the benefit of the people.

Indian Doctors Forum (IDF), Kuwait has received the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award in 2013 from Late President Shri Hon. Pranab Mukherjee, the ultimate recognition by Govt. of India conferred for an NRI organization overseas.
