Kannada Koota UAE’s praiseworthy initiative

 Dubai, Jan 15, 2013 : Kannada Koota UAE which has been working towards promoting Kannada in the Gulf, has  re-commenced  its Kannada campaign ‘Kannada Kaliyiri Kannada Kalisiri’ by opening a Kannada school. The activities of the school commenced with the offering of pooja to Goddess Sharada recently.

It was informed on the occasion that the Kannada Koota has ambitious plans  to further promote Kannada learning by organizing various programmes. Gururaj has been entrusted the responsibility of conducting classes in the school.


All directors of Kannada Koota were present. Several parents who too participated encouraged their children to learn to read and write Kannada, by joining the school.
