Thumbay Group’s Healthcare Division Opens New State-of-the-Art Family Clinic, Pharmacy in Ras Al Kha

Dubai, Dec 1, 2015 :Thumbay Group’s Healthcare Division expanded its network of affordable family clinics and pharmacies by opening a new state-of-the-art Thumbay Clinic and an outlet of Thumbay Pharmacy in Ras Al Khaimah on Sunday, 29th November 2015.

 

The soft opening was held in the presence of Thumbay Group Founder President Mr. Thumbay Moideen. Gulf Medical University (GMU) Provost Prof. Gita Ashok Raj was the chief guest. Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay - Vice President of the Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group and members of the administrative team of Thumbay Group were also present at the opening.

The newly opened clinic, complete with laboratory services, is the latest addition to Thumbay Group’s growing number of healthcare services focusing primarily on personalized services, convenience and affordability. The clinic has Obstetrics &Gynaecology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine and General Medicine departments. Highly qualified specialists are in place to treat the patients. The newly opened Thumbay Pharmacy offering the complete range of medical equipment and rehabilitation care products is located adjacent to the new clinic.

Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay said that many more such clinics and pharmacies were being planned to be opened across the UAE in the coming years. He added that the Group was also planning to acquire existing clinics and pharmacies. “Thumbay Group is committed to deliver high-quality, patient-focused, cost-effective healthcare at people’s doorsteps,” he said. He also announced that three more Thumbay Pharmacies would be opened in December 2015 and January 2016.
