The crowd around Burj Khalifa continues to swell

Metro trains were packed, and even as people jostled for space inside the train, the atmosphere was full of smiles. Eyes gleamed with anticipation, each person eagerly awaiting the grand spectacle that would light up the sky above the majestic Burj Khalifa, marking the arrival of the New Year. People of all ages, young and old, families and friends, and tourists gathered to witness the celebration of light, sound, and positive vibes.

Magical atmosphere

“There’s something truly magical about being here. We’ve been celebrating New Year’s Eve at the Burj for many years, and every time, it feels like more than just a building, it’s an emotion. We eagerly look forward to the bliss of 2025.” Gerard Ruth, a longtime resident, said.

Meanwhile, RTA, Dubai, announced road closures at Al Asayel Street, and recommended taking alternative routes: Al Wasl Road and Al Khail Road.
