Wilfy Nite in Doha fast approaching

Doha, Oct 17, 2011 :Wilfy Nite in honor of the late legendary singer Wilfy Rembimbus will be held at Doha Cinema on Oct 21 Friday at 5:30 p.m.

 

 

The show will be presented by a troupe of artistes, singers, and dancers comprising Konkan Myna Meena Rembimbus, Vishwas Rebimbus, Ivan Sequeira, Babita Pinto, Charleen Rebimbus, Pappan and Joswin, Dolla, and many others, with Leslie Rego compering the show.

Dancers Scanzy Alfred, Renita Lobo, Chris Misquith, and Felita Fonseca will present dance shows, and Wilfy’s daughter Veena Rebimbus, GVOM 2 runner up Preema Pinto and GVOM 2 finalist Rupert Lobo and Naveen Pinto and Remy D’Souza will join the troupe to entertain the crowds on that day.

The singers will present popular numbers from Wilfy along with new songs composed by his son and daughter Vishwas and Veena.
