SMKC to present Wilfy Nite as part of 10th anniversary

Dubai, 27 April 2012: St. Mary’s Konkan Community (SMKC) will organize the Grand Konkani Showers 2012 on April 27 Friday at 5:30 p.m. in commemoration of its 10th anniversary. The highlight of the event will be a Wilfy Nite presented by his Wilfy Rebimbus’ wife Meena Rebimbus and the rest of the troupe, which arrived at Dubai International Airport on the night of April 24 Tuesday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The troupe comprises Meena Rebimbus, also known as Konkan Myna, Veena Rebimbus Pais, Vishwas Rebimbus, Prem Lobo, Claud D’Souza, and Babita Pinto, along with Peethambaran, Pappan and Joswin Pinto. Adolphus Cutinha, popularly known as Dolla, and Melwyn Dalmeida, popularly known as Mellu, will provide the comedy during the Wilfy Nite.

Ocean Kids, under the leadership of Vinod Sequeira, will present a number of dance performances. The MC will be Leslie Rego.

The Wilfy Nite will be presented at the ice rink of Al Nasr Leisureland.
