20 Indian Army men killed, 11 injured in Manipur ambush

Manipur, June 04, 2015: In a tragic incident, 20 jawans of the Indian Army were killed and 11 others injured in an ambush by militants in the Chandel district of Manipur on Thursday.

 

The incident took place at 8.30 am in Manipur’s Chandel district.

The 6 Dogra army convoy came under attack while it was travelling from Motul towards Imphal.

12 others were injured in the attack.
