7 killed in road accident in Himachal’s Mandi, PM Modi expresses grief

Mandi, Nov 16, 2020:     Seven people were killed and one person was injured in a road accident in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district on Monday.

 

A vehicle fell down in Suketi Khad water stream near Pullghrat area of Mandi district at around 3 am, instantly killing the seven people while one person suffered injuries.

Soon after the accident, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed condolences to the family members of people who died in the accident."News of a road accident in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi has caused immense grief. Govt is involved in relief and rescue operations. I express my deepest condolences to the families of the dead,” PM Modi tweeted in Hindi.
