9 Dead, 14 injured after truck hits cruiser in Tumkur

Tumkur, Aug 25, 2022: Nine people died and 14 people sustained injuries after a truck hit a cruiser in Karnataka’s Tumkur. The incident took place around 4 am.

 

The victims were daily wage labourers from Raichur and were heading towards Bengaluru.

The deceased include three women, four men, and two children.

The injured people have been shifted to the Tumkur District Hospital and Shira Taluk Hospital. Police are investigating the matter.
