Bangalore shocker: Serial ’rapist’ abducts, rapes 16 minor girls in 2 months

Bangalore, August 27, 2013: Bangalore Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a habitual sex offender with the arrest of a 30-year-old man. According to reports, the man is a suspected serial ‘rapist’ who has abducted and raped as many as 16 minor girls in the past two months.
 
Reports added that the arrested man would kidnap girls, usually between the age group of 6-10 years, and take them to faraway places and sexually abuse them.
 
Sources in the Bangalore Police have revealed that the suspected rapist used to dump the girls at far off places.
 
According to a media report, the arrested accused has confessed to 31 cases of kidnapping so far. According to Bangalore Police Commissioner Raghavendra Auradkar, they are verifying his claims and the police will go deeper into it.
 
The 30-year-old man has also been named in cases of stealing motorcycles, money and conning women.
