COVID-19: India’s case tally crosses 33,000; death toll at 1,074

New Delhi, Apr 30, 2020: The home ministry, in a tweet late on Wednesday, 29 April, said, "New guidelines to fight COVID-19 will come into effect from 4 May, which shall give considerable relaxations to many districts" as to Yahoo.

 

The United States reported 2,502 coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours, according to AFP news agency.

Earlier on Wednesday, the home ministry had allowed the movement of stranded migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, and students amidst the lockdown, subject to conditions.
