Congress MLA slaps constable, slapped back

Dec 29 2017, DH news: In a shameful incident, Congress MLA Asha Kumari assaulted a woman constable by slapping her following an argument in Shimla.

To her utmost dismay, the woman constable slapped Kumari back infuriating her further and leading to a short-lived altrecation.

The incident took place when the state police denied Kumari’s entry in Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s review meeting.

Asha Kumar has since apologised for the outburst but maintained that the constable should have shown restraint in her actions.
