Cop killed in encounter with terrorists in J-K’s Sopore

New Delhi, November 16, 2016: A policeman has been killed in an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Sopore in Jammu and Kashmir.

 

The encounter took place in the forest area of Zaloora in Sopore. Terrorists are believed to be hiding in Marwal forests.

The Special Ops Cop succumbed to the injuries suffered in the clash with terrorists.

Security forces have cordoned off the area.  More details are awaited.
