Court’s big order in MUDA site allotment case involving Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru, April 15, 2025: A special court in Karnataka has ordered the Lokayukta police to continue investigation in MUDA site allotment case that allegedly involves Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

The court said the Lokayukta should complete its full investigation and until then there won’t be any orders on the report. 

The court has also allowed the Enforcement Directorate to file a protest petition if it deems fit over the Lokayukta report.

The hearing has been adjourned till May 7.
