DRDO’s drone crashes during trials in Chitradurga, investigation underway

Chitradurga, August 20, 2023: An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) belonging to the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) crashed during a trial in an agriculture field in Chitradurga district on Sunday, according to news agency PTI.

Defence officials have conveyed that the DRDO is currently briefing the Defence Ministry about this unfortunate incident. Furthermore, an investigation is underway to ascertain the precise causes behind the crash.
