Dehradun bound IndiGo flight makes emergency landing in Delhi after engine failure

New Delhi, June 21, 2023: An IndiGo flight - 6E 2134 - that took off from Delhi for Dehradun in Uttarakhand made an emergency landing after an engine failure was reported.

The airline sources rejected reports claiming the flight landed due to a fire.

 

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is yet to issue a clarification on the exact reason that led to the air turnback of the fight.

According to sources, the DGCA is likely to issue a statement after a complete inspection. Meanwhile, the aircraft has just landed back in Delhi.
