Delhi Driver Runs Over 13 Sleeping on Road Divider, One Killed

New Delhi, Aug 18, 2014:  13 people sleeping on the divider of a road in Delhi were run over by a driver who was allegedly drunk and has been arrested. One of the victims has died.

The man who allegedly drove the car, a Mahindra Xylo, onto the divider is a 30-year-old property dealer named Rishi Kumar.

A female relative was with him on Sunday night at the time of the heinous accident, said the police.
