Delhi elections: Metro services to start at 4 am on polling day

New Delhi, February 5, 2015: Delhi Metro on Thursday said it will begin train services at 4am on February 7 in view of the assembly election in the capital.

 

Delhi Metro in a statement said, "Metro trains will start service at 4am from all lines on February 7 at a frequency of 30 minutes till 5:30am. Thereafter, trains on all lines will run as per normal schedule."

Over 25 lakh commuters travel daily by the Metro. The results for Delhi elections will be declared on February 10.
