Also attached here is the letter by Abraham T Joseph sent to Mr. Rahul Gandhi seeking to know the difference between the Congress and the BJP. When the BJP first formed the government and then cases were registered against them under the Prevention of Corruption Act, where as the Congress is set to form the Cabinet with those who already have cases registered against them under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Sir,

Congress has promised a Corruption free government in Karnataka. The people of the state are relieved that there is a new government with a majority that can rule for the next FIVE years stably. The previous BJP also attained a majority to rule for FIVE years (although it was through operation Kamala).

The people of the State were not bothered about the defection of MLA’s or Operation Kamala. But, it was the blatant misrule and corruption and the huge number of corruption cases against the BJP, which the people were actually annoyed with.

It was the Anti-incumbency & the strong Anti-corruption wave in Karnataka which came as a blessing to the Congress to gain 121 seats in Karnataka.

Now the big Question that stares at large is-If the BJP was involved in massive corruption, is the Congress going to be different?

Will the Congress fight corruption OR fight for the corrupt?

This question has been caused by the presence of so many congressmen in Illegal Mining, Illegal De-Notification and Corruption cases in the state already.

The following cases are for your kind reference, which are already instituted and pending against Congress leaders even before the Government is formed.
Here are the remaining cases filed against Congress leaders under the Prevention of Corruption Act for your reference.

Corrupt MLAs

Kindly do not let the people feel that the State has only jumped into the fire from the frying pan.

Abraham T.J
