HC sets aside CAT order on Rohini Sindhuri transfer

Bengaluru, Mar 27, 2018 : The Karnataka High Court set aside the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order directing Hassan Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri to give a representation to the chief secretary challenging her transfer order.

 

 

The court directed the matter to be heard again by the CAT and a just order to be passed.

Till such time Rohini Sindhuri will continue to serve as Deputy Commissioner of Hassan.

The court also directed all parties to maintain status quo till CAT passes its final order. The matter is to be heard before CAT on April 2, 2018.
