House help sexually assaulted, killed with boulder in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, January 24, 2025: A 28-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted and murdered in east Bengaluru, police officers said on Friday.

“The deceased Najma was killed with a boulder and her body was found disposed of at Kalkere Lake bed in Ramamurthy Nagar,” a senior police officer said.

Najma worked as a house help at an apartment in Kalkere. The jurisdictional Ramamurthy Nagar police have visited a spot to begin the investigation.
