Hybrid terrorist arrested in Kashmir’s Budgam over grenade attack on minorities

Budgam, Aug 22, 2022: The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday said it has arrested one hybrid terrorist involved in a grenade attack on minorities in Budgam district.

 

Hybrid terrorists are operatives who are not on any terror lists but are radicalised enough to carry out a strike and then slip back into routine life.
