I-T raids Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary’s residence in Chennai

Chennai, Dec 21, 2016:  Income Tax officials are conducting searches at the Chennai residence of Tamil Nadu’s top bureaucrat, Chief Secretary P Rama Mohana Rao.

 

Mr Rao lives in the city’s posh Anna Nagar locality.

Simultaneous raids were conducted at 5:30 this morning at the bureaucrat’s residence and 7 other locations, including at his relatives places.
