New Delhi, Mar 29, 2017: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday pushed 4 GST Bills – Central GST, Integrated GST, Union Territory GST and the Compensation Law for consideration and passage in the Lok Sabha.
Meanwhile, Jaitley yesterday said the GST bills are based on the principle of "shared sovereignty" and that the government wants to pass these landmark tax reforms through consensus.
