Man lures minor girl with fruits, rapes her& kills after she starts crying

West Bengal, July 22, 2019 : In a shocking and extremely shameful incident of crime against minors, a five-year-old girl was raped and then murdered in Narendrapur’s Kheyada number 1 panchayat area in South 24 Parganas. According to a Times of India report, the accused had picked up the child, lured her with fruits and then took her to the nearby jungle and raped her as to Yahoo.

 

When the child and the accused didn’t return, the girl’s parents lodged a missing complaint. However, both of them were not found. Local residents went and started agitating in front of the accused’s house because by then they suspected him to be behind the minor’s absence. Kolkata Police’s high-powered drone and sniffer dogs managed to trace both the accused and the deceased.

When police got a tip-off they managed to arrest Ali, the accused. He accepted the heinous crime he committed and said that he killed the child, after raping her because she started crying. The girl was then strangulated, police recovered her body after Ali identified the crime spot.

In a crime from the neighbouring state, an eight-year-old girl of Odisha’s Angul district on Sunday was found lying unconscious in a garbage dump with injury marks on her body leading to suspicion that she could have been raped, the police said.
