Pakistani troll threatens to ’behead’ Indian TV anchor

Pakistan, Aug 29, 2019 : An anchor with the India Today group, Nida Ahmad, has received a death threat from a Pakistani national after she anchored a TV show supporting the Indian government’s decision to abrogate Article 370, Yahoo reported.

 

In a comment posted below the Youtube video of the show, the Pakistani national threatened to barge into India and behead Nida. Nida, known for her feisty nature, took to Twitter to post a screenshot of the threat and also slipped in an acerbic jibe.

Later, Nida approached the Noida police and registered a case. The police have taken cognizance of the complaint and the cyber cell is currently investigating the matter.

Nida has been extremely vocal against Pakistan for planning and promoting terrorism activities in India.
