prashant bhush...This is the first time that a legal issue has been picked up by Prashant Bhushan against his former party.

Bhushan has decided to represent two petitioners who are against Delhi government’s teachers selection policy which gives permanent jobs to guest faculties who has been protesting for a while. In his legal notice, Bhushan has challenged the exclusive exam conducted for existing guest teachers which will eventually result in denial of fair opportunity to other candidates who are otherwise qualified and eligible.

Bhushan in his notice has given 7 days to Sisodia to reply or else he will move court.

Delhi government has announced jobs for 20,000 teachers in the state for which examination and selection will be done soon. Delhi government has also promised guest teachers that a separate exam will be conducted for them in selection of permanent teachers where they would be given preference.
