Bangalore, Jun 12, 2012: Lokayukta court today ordered probe into a complaint filed against Adichunchunageri mutt head, and others, accusing them of getting a property granted to a temple trust transferred in the name of the mutt for establishing an international school and other structures, by submitting forged documents.
Lokayukta court judge N K Sudhindra Rao directed the Superintendent of Police, Lokayukta, to investigate into the matter under sections 156 (2),(3) of the CrPC and submit its report by July 13.
In his complaint filed against the Adichunchunageri mutt head and 24 others including government officials, former corporator Lakshminarayana alleged that the main accused Balagangadhara swamji, Prashantha swamiji, Purushottama Nandanatha swamji and Sunil Babu,trustee of the mutt, in connivance with government officials had violated the grant conditions and started BGS International School and other structures on the more than 16 acres of land granted to a temple trust, by submitting fabricated documents.
