Rahul Gandhi meets traders, fixes bike in Delhi’s Karol Bagh

New Delhi, June 28, 2023: Continuing his public outreach bid from the ’Bharat Jodo Yatra’ days, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday met bike and cycle mechanics in Delhi’s Karol Bagh. The Congress leader sat on the ground along with mechanics in a shop and did not hesitate to soil his hands and fix a bike.
He was seen talking to the traders and bike mechanics as he picked up a screwdriver to fix the two-wheeler.
The former Lok Sabha member also met with traders and workers at the cycle market in Karol Bagh. A large crowd gathered to meet the Congress leader and he shook hands with the locals in the area.

This is not the first time that the Gandhi scion met with the locals in Delhi. During Ramzan, Gandhi visited the Matia Mahal market in old Delhi and the Bengali market and treated himself to popular dishes of these areas. Two days later, he interacted with civil service aspirants in the city’s Mukherjee Nagar area.

The 2024 Lok Sabha polls might seem out of Rahul Gandhi’s reach after his disqualification and conviction in a defamation case, but Gandhi seems set on "continuing" his yatra.
