Shashi could have never hurt my sister: Sunanda’s brother

New Delhi, January 25, 2014: Sunanda Pushkar’s family has slammed media for "slanderous" coverage of her death. Her brother Rajesh Pushkar released a statement on the behalf of Sunanda’s father saying they were deeply disturbed with the media’s reporting in her death and speculations about the relationship of Shashi Tharoor and Sunanda.

 

They also called the speculation that Sunanda may have committed suicide as "preposterous." They also mentioned that the Shashi and Sunanda were madly in love.
