Ugly brawl between 2 women in court, male lawyer thrashes both

Bhopal, Jan 22, 2020:  A scuffle broke out between two women, including a lawyer, and a male lawyer in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday.

The incident, which reportedly took place in a Satna district court, has been caught on camera. In the video, shared by news agency ANI, two women are seen thrashing each other.

As the two women engage in a physical and verbal fight, a lawyer starts slapping them. Others present at the spot try and stop the man, identified by ANI as the male lawyer, but in vain.

The women stop to talk but after a verbal duel start pushing and hitting each other again. The male lawyer once again intervenes and starts punching the women. He is stopped by others standing nearby, but he pushes them and continues to hit the women.

"The scuffle took place between two women, a notarised lawyer and a local. They had differences from the past and on the same issue, they started hitting each other," the ASP was quoted as saying by ANI.

A case has been registered and further investigation is underway, police have said.
