Woman shot dead on road in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar

New Delhi, Jan 31, 2023: A 32-year-old woman was shot dead in Delhi’s Paschim Vihar on Monday.

According to the police, the deceased, identified as Jyoti, was returning from her office at around 7:30 PM when the incident occurred. The woman worked in the courier department of Flipkart.

 

The deceased’s husband, Deepak, said she was on her way home when two men - one on a bike and another on a scooter - shot her.

Following the incident, DCP Harendra Singh reached the spot. Cops are accessing the CCTVs to ascertain the identity of the accused.
