Firozabad, Dec 14, 2022: Six people were killed and over 20 injured after a private bus carrying 50 passengers collided with a truck in Uttar Pradesh’s Firozabad on Wednesday. The injured are being treated at Saifai medical college.
The bus was carrying 50 passengers from Ludhiana and Rae Bareilly when it met with an accident on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway at around 4:30 am, killing six and injuring 21 others.
It is said that the bus driver was feeling drowsy when the DMC vehicle rammed into the bus from behind, causing the bus to overturn. 21 passengers onboard the bus were injured in the accident.
The bus has been removed from the site of the accident and further investigation is underway.
