Air India unveils new logo, plane colour scheme after rebranding

New Delhi, Aug 10, 2023: In a major rebranding step after the takeover by Tata Group, the airline major Air India unveiled its new logo on Thursday.
The new logo is a modern take on the airline’s iconic Maharaja mascot, with a more stylized design and a new colour scheme of red, white, and purple.
The new logo was unveiled by Air India Chairman N Chandrasekaran and Tata Sons Chairman N R Narayana Murthy at a ceremony in New Delhi.
Launching the new logo, Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran, said the new logo "signifies limitless possibilities".
