Boat with dismantled weapons found in sea off Maharashtra coast

Mumbai, Aug 18, 2022: A suspicious boat with weapons was found in the sea off Maharashtra coast in Raigad. Officials said that dismantled weapons were found in the boat near Raigad’s Harihareshwar Beach.

Local police is investigating the matter. Security has been tightened in nearby areas and police are on high alert.

The place where the boat was found is about 200 kilometres from Mumbai and 170 km from Pune.
